Rental Rate

Minimum stay 1 week, the renting goes from Saturday to Saturday, save exceptions.

It includes:

  • Welcome pack and toiletries.
  • Bed linens, bathroom towels and swimming pool towels.
  • Air conditioning/heating.
  • Inside and outside wifi.
  • Final cleaning.
  • Maid service three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday; for tidying up of bedrooms, cleaning of bathrooms and throwing away the garbage)
  • Baby crib and high chair upon request.

Does not include:

  • Extra services (cooking services, extra change of linens and towels, extra cleaning)
  • The rental of the large room on the ground floor (a former oil mill converted in event area) can be reserved at an extra cost for small events or special dinners.
  • The Monastery of San Lorenzo has a Romanesque church at easy walking distance with a beautiful crypt. The church can contain approximately 100 people and can be rented at an extra cost.

Accessibility

The villa is easily accessible from the main road. A tennis club with 2 tennis courts is within 5 min walking distance.
The village of Collazzone is within 10/15 min walking distance. The village of Collazzone offers a grocery store for basic food purchase and a coffee shop in the main square (for coffee and ice cream). Il Leone Restaurant offers meals cooked according to the local cooking tradition.
It is an ideal place for families with children and exceptionally small and well-behaved dogs can be accepted if requested.
  • The villa is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.

Year 2020

High Season: June 27 to August 29.

June, July and August: it is possible to rent only the Whole Villa.

Medium Season: May 23 to June 26; August 30 to October 3; Easter and Winter holidays.

Low Season: rest of the year.

Price: WHOLE VILLA (main building + dependance)

High Season: 7500 euros per week.
Medium Season: 6200 euros per week.
Low Season: 5000 euros per week.

Price: The main building

(You are the only guests in the property even if you only rent a part)

Medium Season: 3600 euros per week.
Low Season: 3300 euros per week

Price: The dependance

(You are the only guests in the property even if you only rent a part)

Medium Season: 3100 euros per week.
Low Season: 2200 euros per week.

Payment Terms

The down payment to confirm the reservation is 30% of the total amount to be paid at the reservation time.
The balance should be paid within 8 weeks prior to the arrival
At the arrival a deposit of 1,000 euros is requested to cover eventual damages and will be returned at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled prior to 6(six) months before arrival date , the deposit paid at the time of booking (30% of the total amount) will be totally refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled prior to 3 (three) months before the arrival date , the deposit paid at time of booking (30% of the total amount) will be totally retained.
If the reservation is cancelled within the last 8 weeks before arrival date, the entire rental amount will be retained.
